Email sorting for freight brokers
Get the live demoA broker’s shared inbox, sorted for a fraction of a cent per email.
A hundred realistic broker emails (quote requests, truck offers, check calls, rate cons, billing, noise) read four ways: Claude Opus 5.5, Sonnet or Haiku on everything, or a fast classifier sorting first with Claude only on what needs it. Measured against a real answer key, with cost per 1,000 emails and a live confidence dial.

Answers from freight paperwork
Sign in to openDetention disputes, short pays and claim deadlines, answered from the contract instead of from memory.
A brokerage’s contracts, rate cons, PODs, carrier invoices and procedures indexed in a Qdrant vector database. An inbound email pulls back the right passages by keyword, by meaning, or both, and Claude drafts the reply citing each one, or hands off when the paperwork doesn’t say. Twenty-two test emails with a known right answer measure every mode against Claude with no documents.

Plain-English carrier search
Sign in to openAsk for trucks the way you’d ask a colleague, and get exactly the carriers that fit.
Three hundred trucking carriers in a Qdrant vector database. A question like “reefer carriers in Georgia with at least 95% on-time who haul produce” is read by Claude into a meaning search plus exact filters, and Qdrant returns the carriers that meet every part. Fifteen questions with answer keys measure it against keyword and vector search alone.
